I recommend Men of Awen to any man, especially if the content they share on social media feels triggering or makes you skeptical, thats a perfect reason to step out of your comfort zone and see if there's something valuable to discover about yourself. I personally air on the side of cynicism, but every event I’ve been to hosted by Men of Awen has cracked me open. What you find when you let your walls and guards down are beautiful moments of connection that bring back hope, remind you of the good in people and that men can have each other’s backs.
Trying to veer away from cliché or grandiosity… Men of Awen can just be a chance to spend a weekend with a group of good men who value growth and camaraderie. It feels like the best stag do you’ve never been on!
All of the practices have value in their own right, but personally, I find the breathwork delivered by the lads to be the most transformative. Every time I surrender into that practice, I’m amazed at what comes up. I think being in a group of people with similar intentions, combined with the incredible music and guidance from the guys, creates the perfect experience and opportunity for insight... it’s a trip!
